    Wardell International Inc. is incorporated in British Columbia, Canada and is subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the BC Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).     2.1 Information you provide directly
    We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you:
    Complete a contact or inquiry form on our websites
    Register for a webinar, event, or online session (including via LinkedIn Events)
    Subscribe to our email list or newsletter
    Take the Value Readiness Score assessment or any other diagnostic tool
    Request a demo of Klarify or any Wardell service

    The types of information collected in these contexts include: first and last name, job title, company name, email address, phone number, country or region, and any responses you provide within our tools or forms.
    2.2 Information collected automatically
    When you visit our websites, we and our third-party service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including:
    IP address and approximate geographic location

    Pages visited and time spent on each page
    Referring URL (the page you came from)
    Device type and operating system

    2.3 Information from third-party platforms
    If you register for a Wardell webinar or event through LinkedIn Events, LinkedIn may share with us the information you provide on their registration form, including your name, email address, job title, company name, and country. This sharing is governed by LinkedIn’s own Privacy Policy as well as your LinkedIn account settings.

    We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

    To register you for webinars, events, or sessions you have signed up for, and to send you confirmation, reminder, and follow-up communications related to those events
    To deliver the Value Readiness Score results and any associated reports or recommendations
    To send you marketing communications about Wardell services, tools, or content, where you have provided consent or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so
    To improve our websites, tools, and services based on usage data and feedback
    To measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn advertising

    LinkedIn: Where you register through LinkedIn Events, your information is shared between LinkedIn and Wardell in accordance with LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy and the registration form consent you provided.
    Legal and regulatory authorities: Where required by law or in response to a valid legal request.
    We do not transfer your personal data to third parties outside Canada or your region without ensuring appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections recognized under applicable law.
  7. Data Retention
    We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Specifically:
    Webinar registration data is retained for a period of up to 24 months following the event, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless you have entered into a client relationship with us.
    Marketing contact data is retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion.
    Client data is retained in accordance with our contractual obligations and applicable legal requirements.
    Website analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymized form.

    We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include access controls, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), and regular security reviews of our platforms and service providers.
