When you have a goal, you better get to work

Georgia Simmerling set a goal of getting to the Olympics.  Maybe not a crazy goal as she’s been there before.  But wait!  She set a goal of getting to the Summer Olympics in cycling.  A totally different sport from ski cross in the Winter Olympics.

Since setting her eyes on that prize she has worked tirelessly to achieve the objective.

This article shows that things are paying off as she keeps her eyes on the prize.

In our businesses, we need to set goals as well.  But setting them isn’t enough.  Are you doing the work to succeed?
